• Where is the Vitality Health Foods head office?

  Our head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta.

• Do you have stores outside of Alberta?

  Not yet! Currently, you'll find our stores throughout the Edmonton Capital Region, including Fort Saskatchewan, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Beaumont, Camrose, and other surrounding communities.

• Is Vitality Health Foods an authorized dealer of the brands it sells?

  Yes! No black or grey market products are available on our shelves. We are passionate about finding the best health food products and brands to work with and ensure that their product quality meets the demanding needs of customers like you, our owners, and our product specialists.

• What types of events do we have?

  Our stores host special guests to present cutting-edge health knowledge. Watch your favourite store locations for announcements on upcoming events, or check out our Health Food Store Events Calendar for a list of all upcoming events.

• What is a Vitality VIP?

  Customers who signup to receive our email communications are automatically given VIP status! Each month you will have access to our Customer Appreciation days, where you can save 25% off orders. Visit our offers and promotions for more details.

• How should I store my health food products?

  Always refer to the product label first for any special storage conditions. Generally speaking, dietary supplements are foods and should be stored like foods. Cool, dry conditions are best; and refrigeration can extend product life. Hot and/or humid conditions, such as those found in bathrooms and kitchens, may shorten product life.

• What is the “Best By” date that is printed on vitamin & dietary supplements?

  The Best By date refers to the date recommended that you use the product by for best physical and/or sensory quality. It is not an expiration date but rather the date by which manufacturers recommend consumption.

• What is your return policy?

  We accept unopened returns. A restocking fee may apply.

• Are Vitality Health Food stores individually owned?

  Yes! Each store has an owner and often times you will find that owner in-store helping customers and sharing their knowledge. It's one of the reasons customers love Vitality Health Foods so much.

• When are Vitality Health Food stores open?

  Each store has their own opening and closing hours. Please check the health food store's information page for hours of operation.

• How can I buy your products?

  Products can be purchased in all of our Vitality Health Food Store locations across Edmonton and Northern Alberta. For specific products, we recommend calling, contacting or visiting your nearest health food store.
